Bobber-Styled Motorcycle Gets Four Color Options,
Royal Enfield on Wednesday (November 20) launched a brand new bike Royal Enfield Gone Classic 350. This bobber-style motorcycle is based on the company’s most popular bike, the Classic 350. It is offered with one single and three dual tone color options. These include black single color along with cyan + orange, maroon + black and purple + black dual tone color options.

The price of this bobber-styled motorcycle will be announced at the company’s upcoming annual biking event Motorverse, which will be held in Goa between November 22 and 24. It can be priced between Rs 1.93-2.30 lakh (ex-showroom). The bike will compete directly with the Java 42 Bobber. Apart from this, it will compete with Benelli Imperial 400 and Honda H’ness 350.

Royal Enfield Gone Classic 350: Design and Features

The Gone Classic 350 looks similar to the company’s popular bike Classic 350, but the company has made some bobber-specific changes to it. Like the Classic 350, it features round LED headlights, a teardrop-shaped fuel tank and curved fenders. The seat height of the bike is 750mm.

Special features of the bike include a single-piece seat, ape hanger handlebar, forward-set footpegs, slash-cut exhaust pipe, USB charging port, wire-spoke wheels and thick tires. Apart from this, it has round tail lamps, turn indicators, semi-digital instrument cluster. Like the other models, all the accessories and customization options will be available with it.

Hardware This motorcycle features 19-inch front and 18-inch rear spoke wheels. For a comfortable ride, the motorcycle features a 41mm telescopic fork at the front and a 6-step preload adjustable twin shock absorber unit at the rear.

Talking about the braking system, it has 300mm front and 270mm rear disc brakes with dual-channel ABS. Drum brakes at the rear can be offered with single-channel ABS in the base variant.

The Royal Enfield Gone Classic 350 gets a 349cc J-series single-cylinder air-cooled engine, which generates 20hp of power at 6100rpm and 27Nm of peak torque at 4000rpm. The engine is tuned to a 5-speed gearbox for transmission. This engine setup is also found in Royal Senzidana Classic 350, Bullet 350 and Hunter 350. However, the company has not revealed the specifications of the engine.
